Day 1

Begin the Ecuadorian section of the ancient Inca Trail. Trek through paramo and along original Inca stone pathways.

Day 2

Continue along the trail through cloud forest and past Inca ruins. Camp near archaeological sites.

Day 3

Final section of the trail. Visit Ingapirca — Ecuador's most important Inca ruins. Return to Quito.
