Day 1 — Approach & Acclimatization

Drive to Chimborazo and hike to the Whymper Refuge. Afternoon acclimatization walk and glacier training.

Day 2 — High Camp & Whymper Needles

Ascend to high camp. Afternoon exploration of the Whymper Needles — dramatic ice formations unique to Chimborazo.

Day 3 — Summit Day

Midnight start for the summit via the Whymper route. Return to Quito after descent.
